One Star Ranch
Love their Texas-style BBQ. I have family who always want to go when they are in town. Very nice staff, good sauces, decent beer selection. Great if you are in the Buckhead area and before a concert at the Roxy.
Beef'o'brady's
Good sports bar that has decent food and takes your need to watch your team play seriously. I love that they label each TV with which game is on it so that you can pick your seats appropriately.
Blomeyer Health Fitness Center
An excellent gym, the staff and trainers are very attentive and the facility has a lot of options and is very clean. Comfortable locker room and accessible parking.
Savannah Ghost Tours - "Ghost Hunters Tour"
Sort of campy but I thought it was a lot of fun. You ride in these modified hearsts and they stop a few times for refreshments, which is nice. Great for Halloween time.
Atlanta Cupcake Factory
I thought their cupcakes were excellent and that they had some very creative flavors. Good but not the best in town, worth buying if you are in the area.
Yami Sushi
Very good prices but the sushi is only so-so. The restaurant is also pretty small. The service is excellent and it is located close to Emory University.
Aretha Frankensteins
Great sweet breakfast options, especially pancakes. A little hard to find and hard to park at but it's worth it. Great decor and staff is very attentive.
Fritti
Great pizza, very interesting toppings. They have an upstairs area that is excellent for large groups. The appetizers I had were very good as well. Close to Dad's Garage and great option pre-theatre.
Rocky's Liquor Store
Great service, but the products are a little overpriced, I think because of it's convenient location to Emory University. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Parish Foods & Goods
Great concept, the restaurant is great but I really love the little grocery in the basement. It's really good for a grab-and-go breakfast. Staff is very nice and great location.
