This trip is somewhat of a novelty, but quite frankly you will be disappointed if you snorkel, because you will see more fish snorkeling than you will from "the sub". Not much chance of seeing a shark.
Bianca's can always be counted on for good sandwiches and they have great variety. This is a very casual place - we usually get our sandwiches to go. Their prices are very reasonable and this is certainly a better alternative than fast food.
I have not eaten here, but they really came through for us on Thanksgiving when we needed a cooked turkey on short notice. They had closed by the time we got there, but let us in anyway. The turkey was a little dry, but under the circumstances it was great.
We have used Contra Costa Appliance on numerous occasions for appliance repair - oven, washer, dryer, dishwasher. They will tell you when it makes sense to buy instead of repair even though it might not be in their best interest. They are prompt and pricing is reasonable.
Amoroma is small but has a nice cozy feel to it. The menu is creative and varied - the lamb shank is definitely worth trying. Not a bad wine list either. Located in the Rheem shopping center near the theatre, parking is easy.
This is a pretty small auto parts store, but I've never been in to get something that they didn't stock. They have a knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Just tell them what you need and they will find it.
This is a nice chinese restaurant although the prices are a little high. The food is very good as is the service, and the atmosphere makes this a very nice place to eat.
I've had my hair cut here for more than 10 years. I switched from a local competitor that was too crowded and too noisy. Magic Cuts is small and quiet. I'm not a very demanding customer, but they seem to have a regular customer base that is.
This basketball camp is so good that kids go back week after week. It is run by the head De La Salle high school basketball coach who has a basketball program that rivals the football program. The camps seem to reflect the quality that De La Salle represents and the price is very reasonable compared to other sports camps.
This is a very nice Mexican restaurant with nice ambiance and moderate prices. Carlos Santana is at least a part owner and his music and art are in evidence throughout the restaurant, which is named after one of his songs. The food is very good!
