I HAVE BEEN WITH TRI CITY FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THERE COMPUTERS OR CALL THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER, WHICH IS UNDER THE CONTACT MAIN NUMBER. THEY LET A PAYMENT GO THROUGH WITHOUT MY PERSMISSION AND CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO OVERDRAWN AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER 380.00 IN OVER DRAFT FEES. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME UNTIL THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I AM CONTACTING MY LAWYER as Well as letting my friends know not to close Their Accounts and look for a new bank.
