Nice big place. A little expensive... but the food is GREAT!!! Being Filipino... I love the fact that it the only place from Callicoon to West Nyack that you can find Lumpia. Not quite my mother's but still good. Thumbs up, Matthew's!!
Way to expensive for the experience. For the cost... it couldn't even keep you busy for half a day. Not many options for rides, really. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry carousel.
Walking into Alto's Music... is like walking into heaven. You can find almost anything you need and then some. Good prices. Even worth the hour drive just to see what's new.
I love Lake george and complimenting the trip with a steamboat ride on vast lake is just great. I would go back again and again... and as a matter of fact... i usually do every year.
In all honestly... Steve's music appears to be very inorganized to the customer... although Steve knows just where everything is. Don't be intimidated by the ceiling high pile of boxes. Steve is very friendly and remembers your name after only a visit or 2. Just ask him for what you need rather than try to find it yourself. It will probably be easier and he always seem more than happy to help. If they dont have what you need there... they can order it for you and even give you the option of paying off any desired expensive instruments. I'm a big fan of the place.
I feel the only good thing about this theater... is the choice of many movies. I've eaten stale popcorn there. You hear a ton of noises from the ajacent rooms where other movies are going on.
I dont really know what to say about the Halfway House. I guess the best way for me to display my feeling for this place. Loyal customer who ate there religiously (3 nights a week believe it or not) for about a year and a half. The only thing keeping me from doing it again... is the fact that these days I live 45 mins away. Love it there.
The food is great. The location... although it seems like the small town is an odd place for a diner... it makes perfect sence. With the closest towns with fast food (yuck!!) 40 miles from eachother, the diner (being 16 miles from the one of those towns) is a joy to visit. It is one of the most well known restaurants along rt 17. If that doesn't say enough about the Roscoe Diner, maybe you'd like to learn more about their diverse menu consisting of Greek, Italian, Jewish, Mexican, and more. You must try the Deep fried french toast and their delicious corned beef hash. MMMMM!!!!
Great delicious food. Very firendly staff. Extremely clean appearance. Won't find pizza this good within 10 miles. Unfortunantly I think the place is a little too small sometimes and is packed very quickly.
Extremely friendly staff. Relatively good prices... especially when it comes to gasoline. Always lower then the competing stations. Convienent location between 2 small towns.
