The location is close. Dr. Triana is wonderful. She is so caring to my dog and is always there to answer any of my questions. The staff has been known to come out and pet my dog in order to keep her calm and not so afraid.

For the most part, there is no waiting time when you enter his office. He takes you on time. This is so helpful when parents usually have multiple things to do after school and delays in a waiting room and disrupt the "flow" of the after school schedule. Dr. Bracken is calm and friendly to the kids and the kids don't mind going to him.
