I was at the White House Restaurant recently for the second time. The first time I was there my cousin ordered a milkshake. Well the milkshake was gigantic in size and the waitress even brought the extra that would not fit into the glass, stating oh, they always do this. Well I ordered a chocolate milkshake. Much to my surprise I happen to be watching THE OWNER making the milkshake while talking to a friend at the counter. He poured the milkshake into the glass, I noticed there was a good amount left over, so he poured another glass and gave the milkshake to his friend. I was livid. When the waitress bought the milkshake to me she saw my face, and said to me, oh you caught that did you? The owner would NOT talk to me. He got on the phone when we were leaving I stood at the cash register waiting to talk to him,he kept on the phone, then he hung up and ran out the back door. Unbelievable! What a horrible business man. My father owned a restaurant for years in Wildwood NJ,and he would have a fit if he was alive today. He is a poor businessman, customers come first? customers are always right? WELL NOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I will tell everyone I know in New Jersey and surrounding areas not to go to this establishment, where the customer comes after the owners friends, and is expected to still pay for everything, even if they did not receive it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!
