Baker Brothers is a good spot for a workday lunch. It's right out of downtown Fort Worth with ample parking. The sandwiches and salads are very good and you can't go wrong. The portions are huge and it's the kind of place where a 1/2 order of salad is enough. The only drawback is that it can sometimes be very loud in there.
Hello Gorgeous is conveniently located. The stylists are hit and miss and there is some turnaround as to sylists. At one point, they had a great esthetician for facials and waxing. Getting an appointment is sometimes a problem though.
Gene Allen's serves the purpose for not only your Hallmark gift needs but they have some really nice gift items and collectible items as well. The staff is very helpful and will attempt to locate your items from one of the other stores if they don't have it in stock.
I rotate European Nail Spa with another one in Arlington. The place is huge and there's virtually no wait. The staff is always friendly and the $35 deluxe peducure is a good deal. My daughter has had solar nails done there on several occasions and they did a very good job.
Shelton's is cookie-cutter pictures, plain and simple. On the occasions I've used them, the creative element of unique pictures really isn't there. If you want just regular pictures, then they are an alright option but if want something different, look somewhere else.
Bliss is a fun place to go to and their selection of yogurts is awesome. Since it's a self serve place, you control how much you want. But, watch out, they charge by the ounce so that little cup of yogurt can get pricey if you pile on the toppings.
Quickway Liquor is just what it says... a quick way to get what beer or wine especially on your way out towards ther Northside. It is easy to find and the staff is perty helpful. Not my #1 choice, but it's good for what you need.
Mr. Reinhard is a competent personal injury attorney. He is very down to earth and listens to your case. It might take a while to get things over with but Leland won't sell you out. I would recommend him as an attorney.
Mark Hoak prides himself on being a criminal lawyer but there are much better options out there. He has a volatile personality and little support staff to help you out when he's not there. I would suggest finding someone else to represent you if you are in need of a criminal lawyer.
Fort Worth Discount Liquor is located right outside of downtown so it's convenient location makes it a good place to stop by on your way home. The selection is fair but if you are in a hurry, this place usually will have the major stuff you need.
