i purchased two defective items, and on the second one, they would not let me exchange or return for a new one. their reasoning was, i did not use(pay for their services) their geek squad to set the laptop up. i have worked in the IT field for over 25 years, building computers and writing software. spending money at this chain would only further their lack of caring and condone the companies backstabbing their customers. well needless to say, I'm out the 1,399 for the laptop and if i want to fix it a new motherboard is going to be 250.00+. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!
