Chase Bank
2 banks in 3 months ... well after problems with my last bank i closed the account and headed to chase with a FREE $100.00 FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT offer. i though sure i can go for that . i talked to Nichols J Graff and the bank manager by the last name of GAY ( not a joke ) who i told my problems with the last bank well not hapen at chase.
1. they said my account balance on the ATM will not tell me the right balance .
2. they told me that they call when the account was going to go in to over draft and did not .
3. they where bad at call backs.
I was assured that chase was not that kind of band and told that i could indeed check my balance via the atm and have the right balance. I asked about the $100.00 and how that would go to my account. i was told .
that after the first direct deposit gose in the the account the $100.00 will be added .
well I was flat out lied to . they did not call me to let me know that a $2.00 charge was going to put me in to a negative on my account. my amt said i still had money left after the check so i used it . 3 times . well again it put my account in the negative and it said i owed for that . i again paid that off and have not used the card again according to the atm i had money left . and mind you i did not use the card. now i am being told i owe again. almost $100.00
again no call . what do i do ?????? time to move on again .
Old National Bank
so after not using a bank account for years i started an account with Old National i fear it was the worst decision i ever made. Honesty goes a LONG WAY . But honesty they have little of . 3 time i called about problems with my account 3 time i was told i will call you back and 3 time i did not receive that call back. i was told that before my account goes into overdraft i will get a call . never got that call .
When you truly need help they are not there to back you up. thank Old National for the wake up call . you showed me that banks that don't take bailout money found a new way to fill there pockets at the expense of the poor people that bank with them.
