The best subs around! They are the only place I know of in the area that doesn't think a veggie sub consists of lettuce, tomato and pickles! They actually use portobello mushroom and cheese, among other vegetables. And you want to know why...because they know how to make a good sandwich!
Always busy and always a good time, this is one of our favorite places to go for our own version of Italian tapas. Its not a tapas restaurant by any means, but their appetizers and salads are so good that we never make it past that point! We get the clams, fried calamari, artichoke casserole, fried zucchini, antipasto salad, and caprese- delicious and done!
Thank goodness sushi has finally made its way to EP! This restaurant is super cute. I love the outdoor set up. It can be a bit noisy, but that's what happens on North Ave. The sushi is good and reasonably priced.
This place was recommended to me by two other people when I mentioned that I was trying to find decent sushi in the area. I wasn't impressed. I thought it was overpriced and not very good.
Nonno Pino's has some of the most creative versions of Italian pasta dishes that I have ever had! I usually have to order four or five because they all sound so good I can never pick one. Add an order (or two) of the pino puffs and you have dinner to die for.
A very fun and creative twist on the traditional Italian menu, Zia's has plenty to offer and is always packed! They have a small bar area, so grab yourself a nice Italian wine, relax and wait for some of the most innovative dishes you've ever eaten.
Cute and quaint, you will be amazed by the food that comes out of this restaurant! They have one of the best double dough pizzas I've ever had! They even offer a whole wheat crust!
You have got to go here for dessert! Their gelato is outstanding- rich, smooth, and creamy! They have other items on the menu too, like paninis and fried dough, but I'm telling you- the ice cream is where its at.
This restaurant is a must visit, especially during Oktoberfest which starts at the end of September and goes until November. There are so many good beers to choose from, delicious food, servers in lederhosen, and live entertainment on the weekends- you have to check it out!
I have three words to say about this place- baked apple pancakes. They take 30 minutes to cook, but are worth the wait, as is any item on the menu really.
