My one year old and i wanted a ride to the airport to pick up my parents. Blue Sky Airport Shuttle seemed like a great deal and children under 8 ride for free. So we booked the ride two days ahead. Because they only operate within certain boundaries in their zones, we had to wait for the shuttle one block away from our house. We were there 15 minutes early - with car seat and toddler in arms - to make sure we did not miss the shuttle. 15 minutes after our scheduled time, no shuttle. Lucky us, it started to snow and my poor one year old and I waited outside for a total of 45 minutes. I called them to find out what was going on, they called the driver to find out that the driver had a delay and would be another 15 minutes late. They could have called us and warned us earlier so that I have other options. In the heat of an upset customer, they said they would refund and I could call a taxi. We did end up arranging our own transport and was terribly late. So if you have all the time in the world, and you do not mind poor customer service - or no customer service - use them. They are cheap. They just do not care about your time - which does not quite work when you want to go to the airport.
