I agree with the other reviews about the pushy sales and "immediate discount" - must be quite a mark-up to begin with! We are happy with the windows, and the installers they sent were fine, but the office was HORRIBLE to deal with. Delay after delay, after re-measurement, after re-build, after delay after delay. Then the installation took days because they sent too small a crew, who were here from dawn to dusk working their tails off to try and make up for the poor office planning. To get any phone call returned, after we paid money of course, took 4-8 calls on our part, and days of waiting and growing frustrated. Communication was very, very bad. We even had to call several times, more than a week after installation to find out where our receipt was! I would never recommend this company. Nice product, but unforgiveable customer service - with a small, "sorry, we were busy". They don't get it.
Horrible. Worst fetuccini Alfredo I've ever had. It was sticky with no flavor and the breadstick was heavy, dry, and cold. I was asked once how it tasted - before I had a chance to taste it, and wasn't asked again. No one said a word to me when they cleared my plate away with over half left on my plate, one bite taken from my breadstick, and I didn't want a take-home box! Hmmm, don't you think they should have wondered? My daughter's $5 child's meal of spaghetti and meatballs had about a half cup of cooked spaghetti! She's 7 and said, "I'm still hungry. Why was that all there was?". We spent over $25 and would have enjoyed McDonalds more. I can't believe one of the other reviews used the word prestigious. I don't know anyone who would call it that even before knowing how bad the food is! So disappointing.
