The owner, Mike Pratt, is extremely unproffessional and does not have a clue how to handle customer complaints and problems. He litterally walked away & left the gym avoiding a situtation that could have easily been resolved had he had any business sense. Mr. Pratt I am sorry that you have short man's disease, but sometimes you just have to suck up a little in order to keep your customers happy. Yakima is a small town and word of mouth is the best advertisement, good & bad. I choose not to support businessess that do not treat their customers well. It is so sad to see parents work hard to build a business in which their kids destroy with their ignorance.
