I had used this service several times, without incident, but after this incident, I will never use them again. I left my car there for 2 days. When I returned, I noticed that the driver had a battery charger in my back seat, but nothing was said to me, so I thought he used it for someone else's car. I then noticed that my radio stations were changed. As I drove home, my interior lights flickered off and on. It was 2 days later before I drove my car again, and when I put my key in, it was stone-cold dead. Now, I realize that my battery had been drained. The problem I have is that no one said a word to me about it! I called to complain, and was hung up on by an employee. I called back, angry, and spoke with a manager, who gave excuses and was argumentative. A trust was violated, and they were rude, to boot!
