I've had nothing but bad experiences at this practice. I had been taking my son here since birth and am about to switch practices nearly a year and a half later. The wait time is always long - at least 40 minutes, and I usually schedule my visits right after lunch so I don't understand what the delay is. The front desk staff is always surly. When my son was born I made a point to see each doctor at least twice before sticking with one so that my son could get to know him/her. At one visit, the one doctor, whose bedside manner is terrible, pulled back the skin on my uncircumcised baby and caused him to bleed (and wail his poor head off). Doctors should know not to do that! Then, the one that I decided to continue with can never remember who he is. My son is mixed race and at least at his last 4 visits, the doctor has asked me about the race of his dad. Not only is this question irrelevant, but what bothers me more is that the doctor can't remember who my child is. Every time we have an appointment, I feel rushed. No one asks how you're doing or if you have any questions. The doctors are in and out in 5 minutes and don't seem to care at all. I leave every appointment feeling frustrated and highly unsatisfied. And if you want to have a question answered over the phone, prepare to be met with rude responses if you're not cut off first. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
