Sure, they have great food, but the customer service is horrendous. We had a problem with an order, which eventually turned into our credit card being overcharged by a considerable amount. I had to call four times about this (twice to straighten out the order, twice to straighten out the charge on my card, and these phone calls were over the course of a week). I talked to who I assumed was the owner/manager once (who was polite and helpful) but the other three times the girl I talked to on the phone (same girl each time) was surly and sarcastic and made remarks to me that should have never been made as an employee to a customer. In the end, the dispute on the card was settled, but this girl would not let me talk to the owners when I called and asked for them (said they were there, put me on hold then said they were gone, THEN said they couldn't come to the phone, etc.). I was never anything but polite, yes I was upset because my card was overcharged over $60, but I never raised my voice or was rude. Eventually, the overcharge was removed, but I never got a call back from the manager or owner, and because of this girl's attitude (I heard she was a family member) my family will never go there again. You can't treat your customers so rudely in a small town, she was awful and that's a shame because their food really was good.
