I will be switching my dog from going to this vet clinic. They have repeatedly made mistakes and I do NOT trust them with my dog's health. They are very disorganized as far as giving reminders and will not tell you when you are in everything your dog is due for- then telling you later multiple visits need to be done and will charge you a visit fee each time you go. My dog got his yearly vaccines here and had an allergic reaction so I had to take him in later that day and incurred more costs for IV fluids given, etc. I was told not to worry about the fees for this. The next week I ended up getting a reminder from them that my dog was overdue for his distemper- I called to tell them he just got it and turns out THEY HAD FORGOTTEN A VACCINE FOR HIM. They ended up giving me that vaccine no cost as it was their mistake (but of course I had to take him in yet again) and told me I had no balance with them. The next week I got a bill from them for the extra fees when he went back in for the allergic reaction. I called them to pay the bill over the phone and they never processed it. I didn't find this out until I got a '60 days past due pay now' statement from them. I called and told them that this was multiple times now I have caught their mistake for them and how can I continue to trust my dog's health with them? The manager, Chrissy, told me to just pay my bill over the phone to her because clearly I had already made a decision to switch vets. I said actually I had not, that's what I was trying to tell her, what were they willing to do to yet again fix their mistake. She said could call her when she was in the office to speak directly to her anytime I wanted to make an appointment or had questions- although the day before when I had called she wasn't there. I said this essentially was creating more work for me to do to be a satisfied client to have to try and track her down- what about the vet, Dr. Binor, that had forgotten the vaccine or the multiple front desk employees who had made mistakes on billing and reminders or notifications? She never said this was something that would be addressed with anyone or admitted any fault on their end. After a year of working with them, I believe they only care about making money and did not see evidence they actually care about providing good veterinary service to ensure the health of the animals in their care.
