I called to discuss a problem with a manager from the Mesa store. Rick answered the phone. He was extremely rude and condescending. I was trying to explain the issue and he cut me off with an analogy about a car warranty. I told him I understood how a warranty works and didn't need the stupid analogy. I explained to him that customer service in this economy is important. He hung up on me. I called back and asked him if he hung up on me. He admitted he had. I told him that was very unprofessional to hang up on a customer who hadn't raised their voice, cursed or even been rude to him. I told him that nothing changed except he didn't want to hear what I had to say. I told him that was no way to treat a customer. He said you are no longer a customer. I asked to speak to his manager or the owner of the company and he refused to give me the information. He refused multiple times to answer and then said he was hanging up because this was a silly conversation. I called the Gilbert store and the nice manager who answered that phone explained that Rick is in fact the owner. Really sad because if he is the owner that attitude is obviously acceptable in this organization.
