I ordered part from Auto parts warehouse and they were the incorrect parts and the wrong invoice, They stated they could not ship me the other parts in fear they they would send the wrong parts again. Talk about really bad customer service.

With much regret, we can no longer process your request for replacement part for the reason that we might send you another wrong part. Instead, we issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the Oxygen Sensors with Part# W0133-1677240 and W0133-1610386.
Please check your email folders for the RMA email and FedEx Prepaid Shipping Label we sent last January 13, 2010 via email address: email@example.com.
Kindly make sure your write down the RMA# 4746163 on top of the Box, the company name and return shipping address provided in the RMA email. Once we receive the part back, it will be inspected by our Receiving Department and then your refund will be processed. You will be notified by email once the credit has been posted to your account
