my kids love the sci fi toys that are for sale, and I recently found a board game that I hadn't seen anywhere else. We always find something cool here and none of us even read comics. Its worth a look.
I went here looking for crystal bowl recordings and I am happy to report that they have lots to choose from. I thought it would have some creepy vibe, but I was wrong. There are a lot of nice, spa-like products, jewelry, and decorator items. Don't skip this store due to preconceptions, its worth a trip.
While I don't do model building myself, I was impressed by the amount of other kits they carried. My daughter was working on a project for school and we were able to find interesting things for her to work on. We also found a jigsaw puzzle and a model tank for my son. You could probably find nice gifts for older kids here too.
This is my daughters favorite nail salon, she says they are careful with your nails and don't hurt you the way other salons can. She loves their pedicures and feels they are reasonably priced for the area.
I have gone here for a couple of wire wrapping classes and they are very good and reasonably priced. The beads are plentiful and the staff is very helpful in finding what you need to complete a project.
I like this place because you can walk in and tell them what you are looking for and they take you right to it, quick, easy, competitive prices. Its beats the big chains for convenience as well.
we received one of these baskets as a present from an out of town relative and it was so cute! The cookies were delicious, there were plenty of them, and it was such a nice surprise. Now, instead of flowers for birthdays, valentines, and mothers day I send cookies!
Great place to find a gift for a kid that has everything. They also have a good selection of shoes and I usually end up buying my sons shoes here because they carry a lot of shoes in wide sizes. Bring your kids and let them see what a toy store should be.
Expensive but it fits the bill for hyper-kid entertainment. They have a great laser tag area, and the glo golf is fair. Their games are really fun, and the ticket system seems generous. The kids usually come away with something they like. The cons are that $100 will evaporate in a hour, there is always a huge wait for bowling, and the bar scene gives it a slightly creepy atmosphere when you are trying to convince your kids to eat the lukewarm pizza before they run back to the flashing lights.
The sheer numbers of different fabrics and prints will amaze. Need an odd color to make 2 fabrics work together, they've got it. Need fish fabric for an enormouse seascape quilt, they've got it. Need 1930s style fabric to make a quilt for your grandparent, they've got it. Worth a look, but beware, you might just start a new hobby.
