The service was top notch. Had brunch here with friends after a long day of physical activity. Mimosas were perfect, eggs done right, and sitting outside was delightful. Bicycle parking is just down the street (not out front) with racks near the parking structure.
Compadres Rio Grille
Sit outside on the deck and have a margarita. Then order up the avocado relleno and bask in the delicious food. Fun atmosphere and very laid back for a lunch time getaway.

Fantastic doctor, great family practice. Prompt, courteous service, and it's more than a 2 minute drive-by consultation. Dr. Nishime knows a lot about knees, and was able to get me into physical therapy where I saw a marked improvement.
Ladan, Mohtadi, Od - Los Gatos Eyecare
Dr. Mohtadi is the best optometrist I've been to. I am extremely nearsighted, and require several visits every year to have my contact lenses checked for fit. She is patient and explains everything that is going on. The office has the most up-to-date technology and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Michael's New York Style Pizza
This is where I stop when I drive through Stockton. This is what I miss about living in Stockton. Delicious, amazing pizza. Pretty much everything on the menu is great. Parking is weird, plan ahead and car pool if you can.
Sweet Onion Deli and Gelato
Expensive and mediocre. The women who works there is argumentative and rude and double-dips from the gelato with sample spoons. Don't even think about trying to substitute one item for another, it becomes ridiculously complicated.
Fred's Place
My favorite dive bar, probably because it isn't a dive. Small bar, with pool table and Tornado foosball table. Jukebox in the back. Bar has good beers on tap, bottled, and make fair mixed drinks. Good parking out front and a mellow crowd inside.
Lincoln Avenue Veterinary Clinic: Maryssa Chiarello, DVM
I've been bringing my dogs here for five years now. They're very responsive and are able to see your pet at nearly a moment's notice. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and my puppy actually likes going. During the difficult process of putting my last dog down, they were extremely understanding and compassionate.
