Swing Thai
Not my favorite for Thai in Denver. The service has always been good but I don't think the food tastes like authentic Thai. Not as good as my favorite Thai places in Denver. I have been here if it was someone elses suggestion.
Kenosha Steakhouse
We have been to Kenosha several times. We have always been there with the kids and it is very kid friendly. Good food, right on Main Street. It's a fun stop while you are walking around town.
Cherry Tomato
I really like the Cherry Tomato and was just saying we should go back soon. The food has always been good and the atmosphere is fun. It has been busy ever time I have been there. Nice neighborhood feel.
Govnrs Park Restaurant & Tavern
I have been to Govnrs many times. The bar gets really crowded and the last time we were there, the crowd was not that enjoyable. We had one drink and left. The food is typical bar food, average. Younger crowd.
Restaurant Japon
Japon has always been really good, I have been here many times over the years. It's reasonably priced (for sushi) and the service has always been great. You can usually get in without a problem. I have also been here many times for lunch. Never had a bad experience.
Pagliacci's Italian Restaurant
I really liked it here. I have only been here twice but Italian is my favorite and I really liked the food. I can never remember exactly where it is located but would love to go back.
Abo's Pizza
A friend of mine owned this pizza place years ago and the pizza is still as good now as it was then. It's a great place to stop and grab a slice, although there did not used to be many tables.
Heidi's Brooklyn Deli
This is the Heidi's we usually go to. It's small on the inside but the sandwiches are always good and the service is quick and attentive. When I have been here it has not been busy, the Heidi's in Highlands where we alos frequent always is packed. I love a good sandwich and Heidi's is one of the tops in Denver.
Izakaya Den
I love Izakaya and have never had a bad experience. It is great to go here if there is a wait at Sushi Den (which there usually is). It's large and the food is great. I have also been here with a large group. The service was good and all were happy!
Subway
If we go to Subway, this is usually the one we go to. I love the vegi sub, healthy and lo cal. The kids love it and ask to fgo all the time. Healthy alternative to fast food.
