Last fall, I contracted with Milieu to to provide snow removal at my house through the end of December, since I was traveling a lot for a project. On the contract I received from them, it indicated that the snow removal was for the 2009/2010 season. They also transposed my address. I live at 802 Street Name, the contract had 820. I lined out the mistakes, signed it, and sent it in.
* They plowed a couple of times at 820, and tried to invoice me for them. I spoke with a gentleman at the office in early January, and he said I wouldn't have to pay for those. I just got billed again for them. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing at their office, apparently.
* They plowed after the contract expired on 12/31 on several occasions and keep trying to invoice me. I called on 1/7 and spoke to a guy in the office who indicated he'd take me off the list. Then, they plowed again in late January. And invoiced me.
