This practice was sold a few years back to doctors Michael and Teri Hung. I, as a patient, was sold as well. I've been to visit Dr. Teri Hung a few times. She is very nice, but at the first visit was really pushy about LASIK surgery. After this past visit or two I'm done. She's not pushing the surgery as much anymore, but they have started to nickel and dime me. I should be able to get my full prescription without paying extra and I should not be made to feel guilty if I do not want to buy glasses from them.
These people know their stuff. We had several tree services come and look at our 100+ year old tree. We really wanted to make sure that the job was done correctly. Caldwell was not the cheapest (by far), but we did feel that quality was number one priority. We are happy with the outcome, but feel like we were a little mislead (probably not purposely). We were told that the tree would be certified as healthy when the job was complete. When we requested the documentation at the end of the job, we were told that we would have to pay extra for the certification to be in writing.
Positives: very nice, doesn't try to push a bunch of work that does not need to be done at this time, uses positive reinforcement instead of shame and lecturing to encourage you to take care of your teeth, and has wonderful hygienists, office staff, and massage therapist. Negative: Because he's located in Colony Square, you have to pay to park.
Wonderful toy store. The people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of toys many of which are not available at the big chain toy stores. Downside: some of their prices are a bit high.
Dr. Kim is thorough and very kind. She has a wonderful bedside manner. The wait time when you arrive can be frustrating, but Dr. Kim's charm quickly makes you forget it. Another plus is that parking is free at this location. (Dr. Kim also works at another location where there is a fee for parking so I make sure I always book my appointments at Johnson Ferry)
I can't imagine ever using a mega bank again. The products/services offered by American Trust are comparable if not better than most mega banks, but it's the personal service and the friendly staff that make going to the bank a pleasure.
The saying is quick, cheap, good - pick two. We had Michael replace the plumbing in our 1950's house. He and his crew did a quality job in a day and a half for a really good price. We've also had him do some work on our rental properties. For small jobs, his prices were not as cheap, but he's very fast and that's what keeps tenants happy.
The people are friendly, knowledgeable and have helped me and several of my friends secure a number of different loans over the past few years.
This place has fantastic dim sum! The restaurant was totally renovated a few years back so it's very clean. The variety of food is also very good. I think the prices are a little high but it's still affordable.
I started going to this vet because of a recommendation from a friend. They are friendly, caring, and accommodating. A negative is that there are not separate dog and cat waiting rooms, but I rarely have had to sit and wait for very long.
