Stay away. Gary's that we all knew and loved was bought out years ago and service has just gone downhill since. A timing belt blew after a year. They offered no help in replacing as it was out of the 1 year warranty. Other belts they replaced squealed immediately. Their prices aren't even competitive anymore. Forget about them. They're done.
Great food. Nice staff. Affordable prices. Have been going there for years at their current and previous location. Highly recommended.
After 4 visits in a row involving a a crown and a root canal and a whole lot of shots I never felt a thing! I was warned that a crown is horrible and a root canal is worse, but the experience was essentially painless. Quick and efficient and never had to wait. Even worked with me on things insurance wouldn't cover. Never preachiy. Has a wonderful massage therapist working out of the office too. Cohen is so great that when we moved to Roswell, we didn't even consider going anywhere else.
We inherited this company when we bought our house. They started out ok, but the techs seemed to be less and less knowledgeable each time. Opting for nuking the pool with extremely high levels of chlorine instead of tweaking the real issues. They were quite expensive for yearly filter cleaning and charged high hourly rates just to evaluate problems with our pool cleaner. My suggestion, learn about your pool with a book. Do the chemicals yourself and bi weekly take a sample to Leslie's to double check. Save yourself hundreds a month and undertand your pool.
Really good food, and a nice place. A little cramped for space and always busy. The lunch prices are fair, but the portions could be a little larger. The dinner prices are quite a bit higher.
He's so good and the rest of the staf too, that this practice is bursting at the seams. It's hard to get an appointment and often hard to get the doctor you want. Mark is great. Very friendly, has children of his own. Listens to your concerns and doesn't just nod and dismiss them. Instead he'll take another look or dig deeper. Really is incredible with children and can put them at ease.
The office staff can be a little rough around the edges. Probably because the practice is so popular. As is common, they'll nit pick and charge for every form and fax you request for schools, going to a different doctor, etc. No amount of complaining would change this. I think if it was my practice, I'd have policy to charge for many of the incidentals, but when someone complained, I'd drop the charge instantly just to keep them happy. But these guys are so busy, I felt they didn't care.
2 out of 3 visits were last minute and they always found a way to fit me in, even before I was a customer. Really wonderful staff. Always courteous and listen well. High tech systems too. Can pull up and place prescriptions from any room and pull up history. Dr. J was a lot of fun and our son loved him. Didn't even notice the shots!
Sue Ann Guthman has helped us with refi's and mortgages at least 4 or 5 times. I assume she's representative of the company as a whole. She's available at all hours via phone or email and even likes to make it to closing when possible. She'll watch the rates and call immediatley when they've reached a predetermined level to lock in, etc. Always gets the best rates. Canton Street is wonderful!
Russel and his staff know their stuff. The MRI, office, and surgery center are all at the same location. Communication and scheduling is easy and they're quick to listen and address concerns. I've had 2 knee surgeries with him. I don't have any experience with other doctors, but while he's very good, he could probably have a little better bedside maner. Very nice, but you always get the feeling that he's very busy and has to get to the next patient. So quickly that I often forget questions I had. I just prefer a little slower pace so I have had to adjust. He's also a little conservative I felt with the post op rehab. Opting for small basic excercises instead of sessions with a physical therapist unless completely neccessary. He's great. But a little old school. :)
When I had a major breakdown with my Subaru, specialty shops and dealers wanted twice as much and weren't planning on doing as extensive of a repair. These guys were honest, and affordable. Did great work and very quickly. Definitely recommend.
