I unfortunately had a bad experience at this salon. I asked for long layers and was given that dreaded "bowl cut" - you know, the Rachel cut from hell! I was less than pleased, especially for the price I was paying. The manager was rude and apathetic to the situation and I will not be returning. It's very unfortunate because their salon is in a good location and it's convenient for me to go there, but it's worthless if their skill isn't on level with their fees. To be honest, after the way I was treated, I wouldn't care if my haircut was perfect. I'm not giving my money to a business whose employees treat me like I'm just annoying nagging customer. They should really remember, especially in this economy, that they got where they are today because of those customers.
I've read through these other reviews and they truly seem bizarre because some share horrendous experiences and others share fabulous ones. Maybe I just got unlucky and went in on an "off" day. I would like to give some further insight into why one person's experience would be so good and another's so bad, but I can only speak for myself.
