Best frozen yogurt I have ever tasted. Yolato has soft serve frozen yogurt, and also has "gelato" from yogurt. Soft serve has the original flavor and usual another flavor either berry, mango, orange. They offer toppings like fresh fruit and other things like oreo cookies. The original is fat free and only has 143 calories per 6oz serving, which is much healthier than pinkberry, and in my personal opinion is tastes better and has a better consistency. The gelato flavors are delicious, my favorite is the ferrero rocher flavor, is tastes just like the candy but is made from yogurt and has under 200 calories. The gelato portions are smaller, but rich, so I wasn't upset by the size. They let you try free tastes of the gelato before you buy, which is great if you can't make up your mind. I love this place and when it is warm visit almost every week.
My appointment with Dr. Cheung was at the Trinity Center, and I felt that she was thorough and listened to my concerns. She took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. My only criticism was that I felt that she rushed our appointment. She gave me some samples to use until I fill my prescriptions and very quickly went over the directions. Overall it was a positive experience and I felt confident in the care I received. I would recommend her to others.
Went for a physical, after not having gone to the doctor in several years. She listened and answered all my questions. Great experience!
Illuminare has the best artisan pizza in Fairmount, possible in Philly. I have had their pizza numerous times and it is delicious. As a vegetarian, I appreciate the variety of toppings they offer. I also brought my parents here for dinner when they came to visit, and it was a great experience, atmosphere was lovely. When I was living in the area (2 years ago), they were starting to have a live music late evenings on the weekends. Whenever I'm in the area I go back. Give it a try!
Great historic site, recommend the haunted house, but not for small children. The parks system also hosted a summer movie here for free when I lived in the area (2 years ago), and they played it in the courtyard and sold popcorn and candy and beverages. It was a fun evening.
Hole in the wall, Middle Eastern food. While there are only 4-5 two person tables at this restaurant, their food is delicious. They have the best falafel, and stuffed grape leaves. I also recommend the baba ganoush and the baklava. The pitas are freshly made. They do cater to american tastes by adding french fries to meals... but my overall opinion is that this is a hidden gem.
I agree that service can be slow, but I found my crepes to be delicious and perfect. I had a breakfast crepe, and then a dessert crepe. I found the atmosphere charming. Bright colors, mismatched chairs. This was the perfect place for a brunch date.
Great burgers and fries! Even options for vegetarians, such as the portobello burger. Great food, but lines can be very long. The Madison park location has a webcam on their website so you can see how long the line is before you leave your office or apartment. Get a burger and find a place in the park to enjoy your delicious eats!
Modern atmosphere, that to me seemed like pool meets subway station. Very small restaurant, but the food is great. All "meats" are vegetarian substitutes. Recommend the Spicy Eggplant tofu, and the golden mushroom.
I have been to Omonia many times. This is a great spot to go with friends. Menu is extensive, service can be a little slow when they are busy, food (especially dessert) is delicious. If you have a sweet tooth, Omonia is the place for you!
