I am extremely disappointed with this company. We are new cabin owners, and are only here every other weekend. We booked our appointment for 2 weeks out for 10am. They called us at 9:30 NINE THIRTY at night the night before and got our voicemail, then proceeded in leaving a very unprofessional long winded message saying that they wouldn't be able to arrive in the "10:30 - 12:30" range (which they never mentioned a "range" when I booked the appointment) and would not be able to get here until the "1-3" range. Then this woman proceeded to ramble on saying that we had confirm our appointment before 9am if we wanted to keep the appointment (mind you we got the message at 9:30 at NIGHT from THEM) So we leave a message stating that would be fine. We rearrange our whole day to accomodate them, we wait all afternoon, and no show. Finally at 3:30pm we call them,, and the woman rudely starts going through their "no guarantee" of arrival time, yadda yadda... and STILL couldn't give us a time to expect them! It was absolutely ABSURD! My suggestion... RUN!
