A Yuppy Puppy Inc
Yuppy Puppy is a fun place for dogs to play. It is difficult to reach the shop via phone and the kennel area is very loud. My dog was older when I took him there for grooming and when I picked him up, he was shaking and it was hard for him to walk. I would have liked to see better care for an elderly dog.
The Grille on Laurel, Inc.
If you don't know where the Grille on Laurel is, you might not find it. It is a nice restaurant with good food and great drinks. Try the Eddtini. Yumm! The staff are friendly and service is good. Nice menu selection and great specials. They have a nice bar area, and a separate room if you are dining with a large group.
Scooter's Hot Dogs
A nice little hot dog spot. They also offer outdoor seating, which is fabulous in the summer. The Chicago dogs are very good and the burgers, Italian beef, fries, etc. are also good.
Full Moon Restaurant
A nice little greasy spoon. Good breakfast. Popular with the motorcyclists during the summer. Always busy, but quick service.
Morgan's Bar & Grill
Great pizza and burgers. Good selection of beers. Small bar and small dining tables, but service is fast. Several televisions around to watch the popular events. Convenient downtown Libertyville location.
Lovells Of Lake Forest
Definitely a 5 star restaurant. It is pricey, but a fabulous dining experience. Classy and Gorgeous building and dining room. If you want to impress someone, take them to Lovells. There is also some great Apollo 13 memorabilia to view.
Sushi Kushi Toyo
This is a good restaurant even if you aren't a sushi fan. They have fabulous vegetable tempura, inside out rolls and edamame. The bento boxes are fabulous.
Silo Restaurant
Silo pizza is fabulous. They offer deep dish and thin crust. The thin crust is soooo good. They offer a variety of toppings and offer carryout. No delivery. If you go online to their website, you can print a $4 off coupon. The rest of the food is good, but the pizza is the best. Great family place.
Ristorante Bottaio
Bottaio is a good Italian restaurant. Small and intimate restaurant with an extensive menu. Convenient Libertyville location, fairly ample parking (also offers valet).
Liberty Cleaners
A great place to experience a touch of France. Great menu selections and an extensive wine list. Good specials throughout the week as well.
