This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I called to check on an order that should have been delivered 2 days previous, I was told flowers could not be delivered to ICU. When I asked why didn't someone let me know, I was told I could turn that around and ask why you did not know the person was in ICU and they would cancel the order. This was from the manager. I ordered from them 5-6 times per year and will never use them again. Apparently that is fine with them.
