I received a pair of earrings as a gift in March. One of the hoops did not fasten in the back. I didn't want to force it so I took it out to the store to see if they could fix it. I was told basically that it was my problem by the female clerk and that she wouldn't fix it. She didn't even offer to look at it other than to glance and say they didn't carrry that style anymore. (purchased in Dec.) I did not want to return or exchange them, just be able to wear them. I walked out, said I will never buy anything in here, told the friend who gave them to me and as many others as I possibly can..to not shop there. What has happened to customer service? I carefully worked on the earring and was able to wear them... 3 times and then the earring fell out and was lost.
