I went to this place after readiing all the great reviews online. I figured if they have many Rolex owner's making happy reviews they could handle fixing my vintage Seiko. Boy was I wrong.
I dropped my watch off on a Weds. and was told they would try and fix it that day or the following day. I called the next day and was told it wasn't even looked at yet and they would call when they were done checking it out. The lady was very rude that I checked in on the watch BTW. I got a call a little later with a price of $65 for a movement service. I tell them to go ahead and do it. I call back Friday and I'm told it's not done yet and I'm looking at another week at least and they can't give an exact date and acted again like I shouldn't be calling them like I'm putting them out calling or something. I call back again and just tell them I want my watch back since they don't communicate well and can't give a date. I get told the watch will be repaired that night and be ready for pickup Saturday at noon. I go to pick up the watch Saturday and I'm told it wasn't fixed and I need a part they cannot locate...What?!? I'm also told by the guy I'm impatient after I complained because they can't meet times THEY told me originally.
I'm baffled. They told me same day or next and it only needed a service not a part.
Bottom line is they make promises they can't deliver and then get mad at the customer when you hold them to the fire. They don't communicate at all.
I took it to them for a diagnosis and they said it needed a service not a part replacement then all of a sudden it needs a part.
Oh yeah the watch actually worked when I dropped it off but the minute hand couldn't be adjusted. Now it doesn't work at all.
If these people can't fix a simple Seiko watch I'd hate to see what they do to a Rolex.
