We all hear of the horror stories that go with visiting a shop that offers poor customer service and ill product. I am a person in the retail field for the past 25 years. We as retail professionals understand that a bridal profession is very emotional and demanding. We do our best to assist the bridal party, but seriously ladies, give us a break and please leave your emotions, your children,and grumpy in-laws at home. Come in with the attitude of :"We are doing a business transactions," and all the other distractions are not required. We do want to assist each guest with a professional manner and offer all that the guest is requiring, but once again we are all human and we do make mistakes. Just stay calm and be as professional as you want your service to be. And please stay in constant contact with your bridal professional and rest assure all will be handled the way you would like. I have visited this place as once a former employee and a customer with previous owners and the current and I have been very satisfied. Know what your looking for, both in fashion and in the professional and all will run so much smoother.
