now i've encountered a lot of pediatric practices before, but this is definitely my favorite. the doctors genuinely care about their patients and are very knowledgable. sometimes, it is a bit difficult to get a hold of them by phone during office hours, but they always get back to their patients. also, they are very responsive on when on call.
I cannot believe that I'm the first reviewer on http://yelp.com for Visage. Sana Lim is the owner for Visage. I've been to him a few times (because it does get very pricey here) and have referred so many friends to him. He is really great with hair cuts and he is a true stylist at heart. Before he opened his shop, he actually worked for big names in Beverly Hills. He really is that good. A haircut starts at $70, so when I feel like splurging on myself, I will go there. The only complaint I really have is that he isn't really uptodate on Asian (in particular Japanese and Korean) technology to style hair. For example, one of my girlfriends wanted a ceramic perm but he misunderstood and gave a her a loose perm using the old technology. But he is otherwise very uptodate wtih American style and technology. For everytime I've gotten my hair cut here, I've received compliments non-stop. You should find him on http://citysearch.com and see what the rave is all about at Visage.
I can't remember when I discovered this hidden gem. However, I can tell you that I travel far just to see this cosmetologist on a regular basis. I've had facials done at many places, but I've left many of them unsatisfied and also felt a bit cheated as well. This lady (the owner works and runs the shop by herself) really does give quality service. Her English isn't fluent, but she understands more than enough to know what you want done and how you want the job done. Also, her products are high end for facials and other skin care products (look up Murad). She takes the time to see if you can tolerate the wax as well (you know what I'm talking about ladies and some gentlemen).
Finally, she does a superb job with eyebrow waxing and trimming. I always feel pampered after I leave her shop. I travel 1.5 hour each way (which is a crazy commute) just to see her. After having experiencing other facials and wax jobs, I know how I prefer and who I am most comfortable with. Plus, she gives great deals for regular customers.
The shop is somewhat hard to find the first time (it's in the middle of the complex), but you can find the complex with a navigator easily.
FYI street parking here is easy, but they do have a tiny lot for customers in the back.
