Good program. Our son has been with them for several years. Nice, knowledgeable coaches and good sportsmanship is taught.
We have now had four children go thru Graham. The curriculum is pretty well balanced and the teachers and staff are friendly. It's a warm and welcoming environment. Wish they offered more extracurricular before and after school activities.
Our family attends on a weekly basis, and we attend many additional events. The RE classes are better than the last few years. Nice family community and close knit family.
I moved my two daughters to this studio when our old studio started having management issues that were effecting the classes. My girls took several classes there, but I was not impressed with the studio overall. Some of the teachers/owners are not very professional and, in my opinion, some of the music choices and dance moves are clearly not age-appropriate. Classes were run very loosly and seemed disorganized. Frequent interruptions distracted dancers. Several other moms and I attempted to diplomatically approach the owner aboutage appropriateness, but she was abrasive and abrupt. I think they care about the money more than producing well turned-out dancers, productions, and having a good reputation.
I am part of a regular foursome that plays local area courses when we can make the time. While I LOVE Bolingbrook's course, I don't like the "service" provided by their staff. On three occassions this year we got the same blonde young cart girl. She clearly didn't want to wait on four women when she could be flirting with the male customers. On one occassion, whe was flirting so badly and using such raunchy language that one of the women in our group asked her to behave more professionally or she would speak to the management. Once this girl finished waiting on her male customers, she waited on us.... even tho we were there before two of the groups. The last group told her we were ahead of them, but she ignored their comment and waited on them any way.
I won't pay to be treated like a second class citizen and I think the staff is unprofessional.
I will no longer go to the Naperville location. The last several visits my family and I waited to be seated even tho the restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived. The hostesses were too busy talking/flirting with a coworker and my husband had to walk up and interrupt them. We did not receive a warm reception. Every single family member had dirty silverware and our server had to be tracked down for drink refills. Four out of six family members had intestinal "issues" later that evening. Never again.
I used to visit this store but stopped because it was staffed by young girls who did not provide any sort of customer service. Several months ago, I had no choice but to run to this store for some last minute recital items. The staff is mature, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to fit both daughters with shoes, provide tights, order shorts from another store, and even corrected a shoe sizing issue I was unaware of for one of my daughters. The store is cleaner than I remember and well stocked. I'm baaaaaaack!
I have visited their old Naperville store on Jefferson and their new Naperville store on Ogden. Both times I had to ask for help and was treated like I was a bother to the employees. When they didn't have a jazz shoe in my size, I had to ask them to check with their other store to see if they might have it. The girl didn't think of that on her own, and acted like I was interrupting her cell phone call. The prices are very expensive.....even when you take into consideration shipping costs when ordering from a catalog or online.
I used to shop at the Naperville store occasionally but the staff was teenage girls who were not very professional. I don't like to buy shoes online and the store I recently shopped at closed, so I tried Dance N Tees again. What a difference! The store is clean and the merchandise is very good quality. The women that work there were very helpful and knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely go back.
