The only word I've ever used to describe Cedar Square is slumlords. When we moved into our apartment it was in HORRIBLE condition - the carpet had cigarette holes, the screens had big holes, there were stains on the walls and carpets - NONE of this had gotten fixed. If anything important breaks, like a fridge or toilet, it takes them at least a week to do anything about it. I have to call repetitively just to get them to do anything.
Horrible, avoid at all costs, they take advantage of students and overcharge for appartments that should have been torn down years ago.
