crooks!! we have lived in the grantham area for 3 years now and have used this company because of the existing tank for the house. they sneak in charges anytime they get a chance. $40 special delivery charges for same day delivery when we live 2 miles away and they drive past my home 10 times a day. they used to come out and check our tank every month and now they don't so when we run out we have to call and they use that to their advantage by coming out the same day and charging us. they also like to ask politely if i'd like my pilot light lit since it burnt out bc of the empty tank. another chance to sneak $40 or $50 "pilot light fee" onto the bill. happened for a lot of bills that i didn't check. that's almost $100 added to my bill!! and this has happened numerous times.
we were remodeling our kitchen and asked the delivery guy if he would like any of the cabinetry and appliances. he wanted them all. he came out to pick it all up - everything from the cabinetry to the garbage disposal, sink, faucets, dishwasher, micro, trash compacter, toaster oven and more. i thought i was helping out someone that needed an appliance or maybe cabinets for the garage or something. next time i was in the office paying my bill there were all the appliances for sale. i know that i offered them to him but to sneak in additional charges everytime they come out when they were going to make hundreds off my appliances is just trashy. and forget calling to talk to the owner "duck"! you can't understand a word he says to try to even get any resolution from their backwards thinking. stay away!! i refused to pay for the special delivery charge yesterday bc i called days before and they only returned my call 2 days later and then they were going to come out on the third day and charge me bc it was going to be after hours bc i ran out of checks to pay them. we have been good customers. make very good money. have donated appliances to which they were going to make $$ off of. live in a 6000 square foot home and they were not coming until i stop in the office to make a prepayment with my debit card!! i have a sick kid that had to go to the hospitalyesterday and i had to come home to a house that was freezing...no hot water..and no heat and no way to use stove top. poor treatment of good, honest customers that have payed thousands to them over the past 3 years. poor social and people skills in general. i'm unfortunately learning that this is the way people and apparently businesses are around here. i am going to go 2 weeks without heat because i'm changing companies and have to wait for a new tank. i don't put up with trash! and hopefully people will start to realize that's what they are. a tiny little monopoly in a nothing little town. wow. got that off my chest!! they probably don't even have internet access to read this review!
I've been going to Angel since I've moved to NC 3 years ago. I'm so happy that she has the new facility. It's a top notch facility and practice. I moved here from Atlanta and it blows all the med spas down there out of the water. Angel, Domelle, and staff are awesome!!
