Mike Dinapoli
Dr Mike overschedules patients (5 adjustments in a 10-minute time slot), routinely turns up late, never apologizes for running late (often I have gone for an adjustment and been waiting for over an hour to be seen) and spouts examples of how he's changed so many lives.
He obviously loves what he does but I found his attitude somewhat judgmental, as if assuming I am a skeptic who doesn't believe in the efficacy of chiropractic treatment or the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise. One time he made a very pointed comment about a patient who changed their contact details in order to avoid paying for the sessions they attended (pointed because both visits were accident-related).
His chiropractic work itself is fine. There's no doubt he knows what he is doing, but I would not recommend going here unless you have over an hour spare to wait around each time you see him. No complaints on that front, but woe betide you if you have to go here on a regular basis.
I voiced my concerns to the office staff a couple of times, and they communicated to me that he wouldn't take the concerns (punctuality, over-scheduling) seriously unless it came directly from a patient. The staff are jovial and full of smiles and remember your name, but Dr Mike's egotistical attitude is the detriment of Pasadena Family Chiropractic. Avoid it.
