Unfortunately my experience with Access Media 3 is comparable to what others have said. Dealing with this company is easily the worst customer service experience I have had in my life.
The problems are numerous. My cable service malfunctioned, and they couldn't get someone out to fix it until a week after that fact. Every time I called them I was on hold for at least 15 minutes, and once someone answered it was usually the wrong person. On numerous occasions an employee told me he/she would call me back, which NEVER happened. There is no voicemail and no way to leave a message, which is completely incomprehensible. It took me nearly two months to resolve a billing issue that could have been addressed in mere days.
This is clearly a company that does not care about customer service in any way, shape, or form. If you have the option of doing so, avoid Access Media 3 like the plague!
