I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed by my limited experience with H-Care. Perhaps it was the fault of the one individual I dealt with but it was still disapointing. During an attempt to obtain equipment (wheelchair, etc) for a disabled parent, I was given wrong information and told that what I wished to do was not possible. The individual was adamant that getting a replacement wheelchair through the insurance provider would not be possible under any circumstances. Even after providing all of the details, their statement was that I could go out and buy one. My next calls were to my parent's Doctor and then the insurance provider. Both stated that the information provided by H-Care was wrong. Luckily, I was able to go to another company for the replacement wheelchair.
Note: After all was said and done, I did speak with someone at H-Care who also confirmed that the individual I'd spoken with provided incorrect information. She apologized. If I'd spoken with her first, I might be a customer today.
