This place was horrible! I took my dog in because he had a wound on the back of his neck from playing outside. The receptionist was so rude to me! Which I may have expected from a young girl but she is older. I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and when I asked how long it would be she told me the doctor will get to you when he finished, but her whole tone was very rude. Dr. Klingensmith seemed good at first, until he decided my dog's neck needed to be shaved, and I could hear my poor baby screaming from the back in the waiting room! I also heard the dr's frequent use of profanity. Then when it was time for the bill I figured I'd get some frontline and heartgaurd. When I asked the receptionist for those she literally rolled her eyes at me and said (with quite an attitude), we don't use heartgaurd here we use interceptor. After purchasing my products and settling my very expensive bill, I left and I will never go here again!
This place is so noisy, and the bar area is so small it get's crowded pretty quickly. Good luck getting this one bartender's attention if your a female as she seems quite busy flirting with the male customers and just gave me a dirty look when I was ordering drinks for my friends and I. The back room is kinda outdated, and there's randomly a huge T.V. on the wall, a few pool tables, and a ping pong table. It's very disconnected from the rest of the place. There's also a dining room which just seems like it doesn't fit with the rest of the place. Oh and the icing of the cake of our night (besides the overpriced drinks and food), was the dirty glasses our drink were served in. Your better off going down the street to the country tavern.
