Never ever shop with this horible company. Their website said they had my part, I also called to verify they had my part...they said yes its there. The next day I received an email saying guess what.....no part. Getting my money back has been a nightmare. Shop here at your own risk.....
My review is purely for customer service. They want you to schedule an appointment for your dogs to be evaluated. That's not
possible for some "CUSTOMERS", being the key word. 12:00-1:00 that's what I was told. I ended up with a day of no work so I started calling in the morning, and calling, calling, calling, calling, calling, calling, you get the picture. I probably called what feels like 100 times. So I showed up at 12:00 to see if they could work in time for a "CUSTOMER". I was told there had to be 2 persons there for the evaluation..... hmmmm There was 2 employees there the manager and another gal. Well I had to find a place for my 2 Dogs today. I also have a friend who was looking at Royal Kennels. I told her wait till I tried A Dogs Life. She has 3 dogs and her friend has 2 dogs. Thats 7 dogs plus I'm sure word of mouth would have made it more. Oh well I guess they are so successful they don't need new "CUSTOMERS"
