Have to agree with the writers below.
We received wrong, incomplete and inconsistent advise when applying for a loan. One person said this - the other the opposite. Loan ok - loan not ok. Need this paperwork - oh no, don't need it - and then - oh yes, we need that! Our worst experience ever with a bank.
Very unprofessional overall (except for a few people that we met at TCNB) and frankly stupid at times.
Have been a customer since 2002 and never been late with any payment - have my mortgage, several accounts and my IRA with the bank. Just paid off my car loan with them as well.
The problems they caused are costing us money and I am thinking of consulting with a lawyer.
After 6 weeks of trouble (btw - they approved now - but we have had it), we will close all accounts and hopefully find bank with people that know what they are doing.
Not interested in doing business with this bank, don't trust them at all anymore. My advise: Stay away.
