You are probably better off with Dial-Up and AOL:
I used them in Minneapolis, MN and they are terrible. The internet slowed down to 0.5 mbps one day - when I called they said the internet engineers do not work on the weekend and that it would have to wait until Monday (called early AM on Friday) for anyone to even look at it. I work from home, and I was unable to do my job for the rest of day, and hopefully Monday it will be looked at? I cancelled my service right after that call and scheduled Qwest to be installed. It always just worked 'alright' but nothing great. I also tried to follow-up with them via their web tool but no luck.
It also true about the hold times, every time I call I am on hold for 10 minutes minimum. Overall I am very disatified with the internet service. They are okay at managing the TV service with Direct TV but their install prices are way too high, but un our building we have to use them for TV
