I am certain that the tours provided by Shuttle Tours would be lovely; however, I have a complaint about the 70% refund. I called to make a reservation for my husband and I in August 2010 but 4 days later I discovered that our cruise ship would not actually be in San Francisco on that particular tour date. So, I called and told the person who answered about my dilemma but he could do nothing for me. He transferred me to the person with whom I had booked and I repeated my situation to him but he was not forthcoming with my full refund or anything less that 70%. And this after only 4 days of having booked, which I think is rather poor business practice. I wrote an e-mail at this second person's suggestion and explained in detail about this situation and that we were totally booked with our cruise ship excursions for the day that we would actually be in S.F., but again a negative reply. So, I am trying to impress on all people who book to be very careful because Shuttle Tours company held $64.00 of my money for doing nothing more than writing my name in their computer. Very greedy of them, I think.
