SC Lenk only uses 1 comp for a comparison. It doesn't use the average of the 3 so if there is one bad sale in your development 2 other good sales won't offset it. We were not able to refinance because of the appraisal of SC Lenk. If he would have use addtitional data I provided and use the average of 3 comps instead of 1 we would have been able to refinance. SC Lenk Owner is not willing to compromise even if valid data is provided. I would not use this company if I were a banker or home owner.
