I brought my daughter here six months ago and must say that she received very good treatment from the dentist. However, the front desk help was another matter. They didn't check or verify insurance coverage prior to treatment and I wound up paying out of pocket becuase I assumed my insurance would cover it (and I'll be honest, I didn't ask either, so I share the blame).
Actually, I found the front desk folks to be very chatty with each other but only 'business as usual' or indifferebt with the clients, perhaps explaining why the matter of insurance was overlooked. When they called to schedule the next appointment for my daughter, recently, I again felt as if the person on the phone didn't really care either way. Anyway, since they don't accept my insurance, I had to decline and will happily go elsewhere.
So, no major reason to avoid this place, per se, but I have no reason for a ringing endorsement either.
