I ordered a few samples so I would be sure of color as the tiles were pretty expensive. The salesgirl wrote an order and totaled it at the bottom with no shipping charges and no mention of shipping charges. When the samples arrived the store called me requesting an additional 50% for shipping + tax. I balked of course and the owner faxed me a work order where she altered the document - crossed out the total at the bottom and added in tax + shipping. As if that were my consent for shipping charges? Anyway, reading the other reviews, it's obvious that this is a SCAM that they've got going so I'm glad I learned my lesson on the samples vs the full order. And the owner is clearly not a very astute business woman - she lost a customer over a shipping charge on samples and was pretty arrogant about it. Guess she hasn't heard the old adage "a satisfied customer tells one person; a dissatisfied customer tells 10 people..." I'm going to report them to the better business bureau because it's obvious that these are not oversights. I think the intent is to deceive because most of us wouldn't buy tile from them if we knew the real price!
