This auto shop is known to treat customers unfairly, and with little regard as to admitting to problems that are a result of the disorganized manner in which the shop is run. The owner has been heard by several customers berating other customers because they were unable to meet the deadlines for picking up their autos, even though it was previously arranged. He recently acted in a very negative fashion to the mother if Brittany Phillips, who was raped and killed in Tulsa in 2004. Her car is nationally known, as it bears decals and signs to make the public aware of the horrendous crime, which still remains unsolved. He refused to allow her to make payment over the phone by credit card because he had forgotten to get her to sign an insurance statement. When she explained she could not get to the shop at that time, he berated her and told her to just 'walk'. Although the cause of delays were due to mistakes made by the auto shop, he refused to send a truck or a car to pick her up. I would advise anyone who is considering work be done at this shop to beware! The customer is certainly not 'king' as far as hte business is concerned.
