This is the SECOND time they asked us to move up are appointment!
The FIRST time that they did it i said "sure OK" (changed from 11:00AM to 10:45AM AND STILL ended up waiting until. about 11:15 anyway in the waiting room!

The second time I said, "I prefer NOT!!! BECAUSE, I needed time to get my daughter breakfast in the morning.

Holly the phone opp there said, "Well, you don't have a choice. The dentist has to leave early today and you NEED to come in early"
So, my life is scheduled around his life NOT the patients life? And how is this right?
So, I called back to reschedule, and magically( i say that with much sarcasm!) they were able to get us in not this month, not next month but the following month on the 12th!
Maybe I'll have better luck if I complain to the BBB!
